Click on the StretchClock icon in your toolbar to see the main menu. I feel it would fit in the "Display" section of Gnome Settings alongside "Night Light". After downloading the Extension StretchClock is installed in your browser menu. Neither of them can be used on Gnome by default as they both feature tray icons in order to change settings etc so extensions are necessary as a minimum. There are similar tools already but none are well integrated with Gnome. Basically, every 20 minutes spent using a screen, you should try to look away at something that is 20 feet away from you for a total of 20 seconds." "If you find yourself gazing at screens all day, your eye doctor may have mentioned this rule to you. Perhaps a notification reminder every 20 minutes of continuous use to take a break for 20 seconds and look at something that's not a screen?
